6. How do you charge for your services?

Standard Package - This includes a fixed package cost, plus a performance-based fee equal to 10% of verified annual savings from approved ideas. You benefit from our expertise upfront — and only pay more when we deliver results.

Premium Package - You’ll only be charged the fixed package cost after we’ve achieved a minimum of £100,000 in agreed savings. No upfront fees. No hidden charges. Just guaranteed impact.

7. What if we don’t implement your ideas?

There is no charge for ideas that are not approved by you. You only pay for savings that are verified.

8. Who owns the ideas you provide?

All ideas and recommendations remain the intellectual property of Cost Sync unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a licence to use them for internal purposes related to the project.

9. How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the product and the scope of the engagement. Some projects yield results within weeks; others may take several months. We’ll provide a clear timeline during the initial consultation.

10. Can you help with implementation?
