1. About Cost Sync

Cost Sync is a consultancy service that assists manufacturing companies in reducing product costs through design optimisation, material alternatives, and strategic production methods.

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Prior to commencing any engagement, Cost Sync will enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the client to ensure the protection of proprietary and confidential information. All data shared with Cost Sync will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purposes of the agreed project.

3. Engagement Process

The typical engagement process may include, but is not limited to:

• Initial consultation and cost analysis

• Factory visit (if applicable)

• Product review and assessment

• Generation of cost-saving ideas

• Feasibility analysis and presentation of recommendations

• Implementation support and verification of savings

4. Fees and Remuneration

Cost Sync charges a fee equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the verified annual savings resulting from approved cost-reduction ideas for our standard package. Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of the project.

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, recommendations, and ideas provided by Cost Sync remain the intellectual property of Cost Sync unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the materials solely for internal purposes related to the agreed scope of work.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cost Sync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services. Liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the specific engagement. Cost Sync is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

7. Amendments

Cost Sync reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
